Life is filled with joy and grief, and God invites us into community to share those moments together. In worship, we are gathered into an assembly to celebrate moments like baptisms, first communion, confirmation, weddings, and funerals. All through life, we hope that Trinity can help to share in the joy and grief, and help you weave these life events from your story into the broader story of God's love for the world.
Baptism at Trinity is for the smallest of babies, for children and teenagers, and for adults who have yet to be baptized.
Baptisms are celebrated on different Sundays throughout the year at any of our Sunday worship services.

Funeral visitations are often held at the church. The Narthex entryway area in the front of the Sanctuary is well-suited for greeting friends and displaying photos. Funerals and memorial services are held in the Sanctuary, and Pastor Stephen has a good working relationship with all of the local funeral homes.
For many, the grieving process of a funeral or memorial is not complete until there has been a time to share memories and a meal together. Laughter and stories around tables in the Fellowship Hall while remembering a loved one is integral to who we are at Trinity. If you would like more information about planning a funeral luncheon, please contact our Office Administrator, Paula McIntosh.

Our table to share in the Holy Supper is open to all who believe in the Triune God. As such, Pastor Stephen invites children of all ages to partake in Communion, treating it as a sacrament very similar to Holy Baptism, where we provide God's grace through the ordinary means freely and provide instruction on the meaning and significance as a young person matures in faith. Part of the First Communion Class is preparing Communion Bread that we will share at worship when the service commemorating First Communion (after instruction) takes place.

Weddings performed at Trinity Lutheran Church are reserved for members of the congregation or their family members. At least one member of the marrying couple (or a relative of the couple) must be active on the current membership roster of the congregation in order to be eligible to schedule a wedding and secure a date through a deposit, pending building and staff availability.
